The service

Stelapolis is a free browser strategy game operated by PENDING: legal entity name. Playing requires an account.

Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. Offensive commander names, cheating, automation (bots or scripts driving the game for you) and attacking the service are grounds for suspension.

Fair play

The game is designed so that no payment grants military advantage. Any future paid features are comfort and convenience only, never power.

Worlds end

Each world has an ending: when it finishes, its map and progress are archived. This is part of the game, not a loss of service.

Liability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may modify or close worlds, and will announce it in advance whenever possible.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of PENDING: jurisdiction.
